I'm Emily
In the last few years as a photographer I have come to realize the only demographic who loves pictures as much as I do is senior girls. Which is really something, I could take pictures for hours! I love hearing client's ideas, often your ideas are my favorite. This is a collaboration of ideas not a dictatorship. Don't worry senior guys, I am deeply motivated to create pictures that you will love too. I have 2 teenage sons and they often shy away from pictures, but guys deserve epic photos too!
I love the outdoors, we live is such a beautiful place surrounded by water and mountains. We'll have a consultation meeting where you'll get a chance to show me any outfits you have picked out as well as check out my client closet of dresses. Don't have anything planned? That's just fine, I have so many great locations and we'll plan your session out together. I will help this to be a stress free experience that you'll love. I might be bias, but I think this consultation makes all the difference in Senior pictures. Can you imagine showing up with no plan for your session and having just met the lady with the camera? Akward!

Favorite place
Disneyland is such a magical place, if you could see inside my soul it would likely look like a Disney movie with the castle at the heart. Me skipping down main street with a HUGE bundle of balloons and a starbucks in the other hand.

Second Favorite place
I adore the beach! There is something about the ocean and sand. I love hunting for sea shells and walking at the waters edge.

My people
I've been married to my husband for 22 years and we have 4 great kids. Some sporty and some artsy, which is so cool. I love getting to experience it all.

Travels
Oh my heart, I was fortunate enough to travel to London, England this last summer. It was beautiful and inspiring. My great grandmother was a war bride and it was so amazing to see her hometown and see a part of my family history.

Rosie
Meet Rosie a 4 year old Yorkie. She thinks she's the boss and protector of the house. We also call her Rosie the adventure dog, she loves to go hiking and snuggling on the couch. She's a little spit fire.

Chase
Meet Chase, he's an 8 year old Australian Labradoodle. Chase is such a happy go lucky dog, he loves to snuggle, go for walks and play fetch. He's named after the cartoon Paw Patrol by my kids.

My seniors are adventure-seekers who aren't afraid to get their feet wet (literally!) and climb a few rocks for the perfect shot.
They're the ones who dream of photos that capture not just how they look, but who they truly are. Whether they're athletes, artists, musicians, or just natural-born stars, they're looking for senior photos that aren't the same run of the mill poses everyone else is getting. My clients aren't afraid to embrace what makes them unique – and they're definitely not interested in playing it safe.
